joseph, I'll give the pod xt a try live this weekend and I'll let you know how it goes, but I can't really imagine why the pod xt wouldn't be good for live situations if the pod is. According to line 6 the xt is an improvement over the normal pod so I guess it ahould be at least equally as good.
