That's Craig, and that's too bad. I would have liked to have seen it go to someone here.

He used to tell people I didn't know what I was doing, that HE was THE Rickenbacker authority, and then would call me to authenticate his Rickenbackers. It proves my point that being an expert is knowing who to call when you don't know something. It's too small of a business to trash people and think it won't get back to them.

What a cool bass with a great story. I hope he's gotten wiser in his old age and doesn't ignore the history of this instrument.
