Gary, I wish I had some of those signs last year! Really, I don't have a problem with any forum member picking up and playing any one of my Ricks...it's people that I don't know that make me nervous. At the confluence last year, some guy came into the room with his little kids, went right for my Mapleglo Cii/5. He didn't ask if he could pick it up, but he did, not too carefully either!! To make it worse, his kids were jumping at it, hitting it, grabbing at it. I really thought it was gonna go down as it once slipped in his hand! I had to take it from him. I told him that they are just for lookin' at!

I know how you feel Joey. At MARF II in the Hotel lobby one morning we were all having a good time showing this and that when this unknown numbskull came up and started talking to me and Kris Lyons. Kris was going to show me his guitar when this guy just grabs it and starts running his mouth about his Fender whilst holding the BlueBurst RIC. We were both waiting for him to bolt with it. I think Kris finally grabbed it back and put it away. Later the same guy came back and was showing off his Tele but no one really cared I think. Ya just never know what people will do!

I had not planned on bringing anything but Dale told me last week my 4004L refinish (a very non-Ric color) may be finished for a Fri or Sat onsite delivery/unveiling.
