Nothing wrong with strats, some of the best guitar playing was done on them. :D

You've gotta check out the Dick Dale footage from NAMM on the Fender site ... not bad for a 72 yr old with cancer. He is still the King.

Sorry you're disppointed. NAMM always makes it hard for me to keep my wallet closed.

I'm also sorry to hear about Dick Dale. i wasn't aware he was ill. i'll keep a good thought for him.

Look at those 4004cii's! Where they made special for NAMM?
Makes me wonder if I should have ordered a TB instead of BBR! They'll all look good. NAMM gives us the best TB pictures around, right?

That Laredo MB is a nice looking one, too. So is the 4001C64 and 660 MG and the ...

Great pics, Joey. The maple on that MG 660 is out of this world. I love the distinction between neck and body wings.

Last year's show convinced me I have to get a 650 in MG (not done so yet). The one they had there was art! I will need a vibrato on it though!

Everybody who played my version of one, was interested in purchasing one from RIC, sometime in future.

Mine's not for sale, of course.

Playing that Jazzbo was like playing a sculpture. It is art.
It had almost an art deco vibe. Clean lines.
The carved back was like a resonator. One could feel the vibration of the sounds of the entire building through it.

I want to be first in line if you ever produce a PW Jazzbo, Paul. Hang the cost!

Oh...and John Hall had some interesting things to say...although there was nothing new that we could see.
You can't leave folks hanging like that. What exactly did he say?
