Got it, I could only save picture as a bmp, but I used paint to save as a jpg. Thanks everybody! And big thanks to Joey for the custom avatar to match my necktie!!!

Mario, I hope you don't mind that I took the liberty of replacing one of Kira's avatars with Scott's "The Bumble" from the Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer cartoon. I also replaced Jdog's red Santa hat avatar with his preferred teal hat avatar.
We can't leave out ol' Scott!
