Thanks, Jeff! But those who haven't seen the amazing abalone inlays on the Aquabass really have a sight to behold.

Today I received my 10 author copies of the book sent from the distribution warehouse in Winona MN, so distribution is underway! Everyone keep on the lookout. Please let me know when you receive/find the book "out there." Thanks! :D

I've seen the AB in person (with the silly drool rag nearby  ) and I stand by my comment. If both were displayed side by side at an art show or a modern art museum, yours would be considered art and the AB a fancy luthier customized instrument.

Double trunk? :?

Two-page spread. Yowsa! Also on that spread is a shot of Amy Humphrey in a top that is about the same Sea Green color. Works great!

I thought that was called a double truck? Not referring to Amy, of course. 8)

Oops, yeah, double truck. Don't know how I came up with trunk. Must be those pesky elephants again.

Sorry! I'll be sure to only use Serious Drool Rags in the future.

Mine is being 'prepared for delivery'. Clearly I'm not worthy of the first round.... :(
