I am buying Chris' V63 and he is getting my '69 Sunn Sorado cabinet! Image

Image

I will bring it to the confluence for Chris; this will live under his new/old SVT!

".....I guess the "what speaker cabinet to use dilemma" is solved "

How right you are Brian! I've only turned it on (SVT) and played it briefly through a little Fender bassman combo just to see that everything works....then put it away , awaiting the "joining" with the Sunn cab...

Ok guys.....time to make some real plans here. Fellow forumite , Josh Phillipson has offered his services in obtaining a venue for this confluence. He needs to get a head count to make reservations, so please post here if you can make it and which date/dates you can make....

We're looking at Friday evening May 14th, or Saturday afternoon/evening , May 15th...at a location TBA ,in Columbus, Ohio....(Josh has some places in mind....)

I will be there , bearing RIC's of a rare nature.... Image

I plan on being there the whole weekend. And I too, will have some special RICs! Image

Plus I can bring my Walter Woods amp.

Still waiting to hear my Antiques Roadshow schedule, so I'm not oficially in, but, if I do, I will probably only be able to bring one bass. I don't trust the airlines.

Mike, why don't you just buy an extra seat (first class, of course) for your 4005 ? Image

You could also ship DHL or Fedex as you will know when and where so planning in advance is easy.

Ok Ok! Resistance IS futile! I'm in -- I'll be there regardless. Keep me informed with the logisitics. I'm in Chicago right now on business and have plans to meet Ted Staberow Saturday. I'm afraid his gear might be tooo nice! Wish me luck...

Attaboy, Mike.....we KNEW you'd come around!! Image

I will be in the vicinity on Friday, but will be coming home late Sunday morning....I will only be able to spend one day at our confluence as I am primarily in the area for an "antiquing" trip with my wife.... ;-)
