Kent, what is the story of the photoshoot of John, the two fellows (I recognize the one actor from AHDN but this is 1965/1966 John, isn't it?) and the balloons??

The other fellow is actor Norman Rossington, who played Norm in A Hard Day's Night.

This appears to be from a BBC program of Dudley's with Peter Cook. I found to top photo associated with this DVD:
