Have we forgotten Humble Pie's cover?
What was "special" about Jerry Lee Lewis' first piano?
Which hit of the 60s was knocked back by 30 artists before it was finally recorded and became a #2 hit on the US charts?

Oh.... I know the saying well (happens also to be the name of a porn movie I once saw)

Given the difficulty of the question(s) Google might be your only option, Kira!

Nope...... not the one! Think of singers not known for their acting ability rather than actors who might sing.

It's short for "popcorn"........

NIce try, CJ. It may well be that all the women mentioned so far had roles in the Batman series but none of them are the one I'm thinking of.

A clue: One of her hits was actually introduced in one of the episodes.

This must be what you had in mind? I think she also sang "California Nights" in the episode ...

California Nights was when she finally moved away from teenie hits into material that would appeal to "oldsters" in their 20s and 30s. She was 20 when she recorded that one.

I was quite surprised to find out that she is gay. Last I heard she was married to a real estate guy in BevHills, but that must've been eons ago, as she's been with her partner for almost 25 years.

Most people remember her for "It's my Party" and its followup, but Wiki shows a pretty impressive discography.

Yes... apparently she struggled with her sexuality from her teens onward. Pretty damned good voice, IMO!

OK. Still on the table:

What was "special" about Jerry Lee Lewis' first piano?

Which hit of the 60s was knocked back by 30 artists (plus Elvis) before it was finally recorded and became a #2 hit on the US charts?

What is The Outsiders' "Time Won't Let Me" and Climax's "Precious And Few" common bond?
