didn't include my Alembic cause my bass player (that's him)takes it home. I hate the sound of it, so yesterday I bought a pod and now it's much better

Jeff, do you still have those? Good looking Gibson too.
Chris, I saw Geezer Butler and Sabbath last night, and he used exactely a fender like yours almost the whole consert. I thought he was sponserd by Vigier, but maybe the contract went out.

the only one I still have is the 6 string acoustic ... a relic from the 60's ... a good player too ... the '68 4001 got sold last year for a generous profit ... the gibson was a looker ... but kind of one dimensional in tone ... the 12 string acoustic had a bridge mod so it sounded like a sitar ... very 60's ...

Jeff, you bought the Dean 10 string? How is it?

it thunders ... the octave on the low B growls ... I took it into a local music store and the manager is a very good bass player and he loved it ... it is made in Korea so it is not up to Ric quality ... but it has a nice sound ... the active electronics are kind of cheap ... they buzz and when the battery goes dead the whole bass is dead ... but it has great sustain and tone ... it is easier to play than a 12 string ... dean makes good medium quality instruments ... their 8 string basses are good too ...
