OK -- for me it's:
Lead -"And Your Bird Can Sing" - it used to drive me nuts - now I can play it if I concentrate. I hate to concentrate.
Rhythm - "All My Loving" - a wrist killer
#9=song (just look at the label - it's listed along with all the other songs)

Harry of course you're right - it was Morris Levy / Big Seven that sued MacLen for copyright infringement, not Chuck Berry.

Wasn't part of the settlement of that lawsuit a stipulation that Lennon record some songs from the ML/B7 catalogue, which resulted in Lennon's "Rock and Roll" album?
