Oh... you've almost made me cry, Skip... you cannot imagine how much i wanted a plaid pair, but never found it...
Mine is beige/brown/green/red... another one is blue/beige/yellow and a bit of red...
Okay, i knew the thread will take another turn... this time it's checkered pants...
Okay, no problem - i've mentioned them first...

Ya know, several years ago, when my knowledge of English was really terrible, i've once mentioned to my friend Andy that i wanted checkered pants, but i've called them "square pants"...
