Dane, to be perfectly accurate, yours should say "MADE IN CANADA"...
Some really good stuff coming through.
The bar is reaching professional heights now. More! More!!

I agree. There are some great ideas being presented. I particularly like some of Mark's submissions.
Way to go Mark. For what it's worth, I'm impressed.

Thanks Brian, I'm just eeking out some sketches and enjoying it.
I always liked this shot of George.
I looked to Ringo's "Postcards From The Boys" here. A bit literal. Nice book.

I was going to use a font that looks similar to the Rickenbacker logo, but I didn't want to do it without permission from JH.

Not to be a wet blanket, but one thing to consider in choosing a final design is the use of copyrighted images and/or trademarks. If you did not take a photo yourself, or haven't licensed the image, there could be legal problems down the road if they are being used without permission from the original photographer. The same applies to including company trademarks without permission.

Sage advice Jeff. Another thing to consider is how the logo will look with the RickResource Forum background, font style and shape and so on.

Wow, I'm digging Wayang's TRC big time! One big plus: It's a neutral idea. Meaning, not a guitar or bass, but something near and dear to us all. Methinks that the bassists all want to see the use of a 4001 or 4005, and of course the six-slingers want a 325 0r 360 or something. No way to make BOTH camps happy but to go neutral!

Hey Dane, that's what I was talking about.
Awesome!
