Update: I just called the restaurant and had to take a 6:30 time slot - no problem, anyone arriving after that time should just ask where the "Gary" party is seated.

Great, Graham, now I'm "pi-eyed" ... Image [or is that just an Americanism?]

OK, left to right we have Charley Goehring, Joey Vasco, Gary Clauson, Alison Wunderland, Kenny Howes, me and Scott Jehlik.

Tonight's dinner with this wonderful group of people completed what has been one of the most memorable weeks of my life.

I'd like to thank all of the RickResource forum members I've had the pleasure of meeting during the past week from the bottom of my heart.

You all rock!

I'll be offline for the next couple of days as I head to Nashville. Talk to you all again soon.

As a few of you know=, I have been afflicted with the curse of everything reminding me of a song. I used this last night on a blog where some old friends who haven't been around for a while showed up. It applies here also. I hope Peter doesn't mind a few lyrics here and there.

I have to say it now
Its been a good life all in all
Its really fine
To have the chance to hang around
And lie there by the fire
And watch the evening tire
While all my friends and my old lady
Sit and pass the pipe around

And talk of poems and prayers and promises
And things that we believe in
How sweet it is to love someone
How right it is to care
How long its been since yesterday
What about tomorrow
What about our dreams
And all the memories we share

Thanks for sharing Charly.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Eric, you have become one of our Rickenbrothers. We can always have mini get-togethers for dinner or jams with the guys in the area, since there are several of us.
