Off topic: what was your best time slip in that GN, Brian?
It's still relatively stock, isn't it?

Congrats, Brian. Cool bass!
Are you gonna put Barts in it?!

Kevin.....I ran 13.5 @103. Horrible traction on 20 year old stock tires. The car had 18K on it and all that was changed was the air intake and cat back exhaust. Anytime it got into boost it would get sideways.
I have a new mid-sized turbo, injectors, 3" downpipe, intercooler and alcohol injection ready for Spring. Should be low 11's in street trim with my new stickier meats.
Jeff....No Barts planned (but I do have a set). I do have a concern about getting a good tone from the V63 AND the 4004's from the same amp settings......but we'll see how it goes.

Putting that power to the pavement (rather than up in smoke) is usually the time consuming (and often expensive) part.
Mid 13's is actually pretty respectable for street tires.
You know it'll go faster, being able to control the power is the trick.

Way to go, Brian......so will you be wearing a rubber glove on your right hand when playing this one?

Congrats, Brian!
This also confirms that a $2750 asking price for a 4001v63 Turquoise is a bit too much.

Yeah...I'd put Turquoise along with MID value wise. I don't so much care about rare. Turquoise is nice but I wouldn't have even bid on the one I got if that was that color....and I'm sure plenty of people feel the same way about MID.
I should get it Thursday-ish but with the cold spell I probably won't open it until sometime over the weekend so I'll swing by after work one day next week Jeff.
