Last batch from the "Jammin with Jeff" session ....

Public Disclaimer: It doesn't rain in Southern California and we don't just have weekly Rickenbacker Jam sessions here ..... :D :D but if any RRF-ers want to come out for a visit, we always manage to put a little welcome Jam together ...

Looks like a great time. Gary, on the first batch Rich posted, the one of you alone, what's hanging on the wall behind you?

That's a 1970s Bunker Pro Bass. It has a 'tension free neck' (patented Bunker design) so it does not have a truss rod and never needs a neck adjustment. The electronics on it are a bit messed up right now, no output ... I need to figure out whether there's a short at the output jack.

Crock pot ;)
...
Well, I don't have one, and most of my dishes don't lend themselves to preparation in a crock pot. (Although they are prepared by a crackpot! )

I have threatened to make sweet and sour pork the next time we have a get-together at the house ... (but, of course, I'd have something kosher if needed!) :D

Sweet and sour pork is kosher as long as it is served at a Chinese restaurant.

Interesting - it had a lot of different ideas for the time.

Looks like yoose guys had a blast - I'm really looking forward to this coming Saturday....

Can I suggest a song or two - how about a couple of REM songs? Maybe off Accelerate - Man Sized Wreath...or Can't Get There From Here off Fables....I can slaughter these bass lines pretty well...

Just to confirm, the festivities start at noon? or should I get there earlier to lend a hand with the load-in?
