Another reason to dislike the classic bridge/tailpiece: it's not adjustable!

"It has what is called a Badass bridge. I asked the music shop where I bought it about this and they said that the original Rickenbacker bridges didn't allow you to adjust the action and this was a common thing musicians did to their Rickenbackers in the 70's."
Hunh; I've been adjusting the action on my 1976 3001 for almost 30 years. I must have some one-of-a-kind adjustable Rickenbacker bridge!
Looks like Kenny has already put in his bid on this bass, probably because the action is now adjustable!
