Where did you get the cream coloured selector switch and knobs for your 350?

Try any Gibson switch ,or dealer that has a good stock .
There are other sources ....but that is the easiest to find.
Dimarzio has them ,Allparts does to and most likely W.D.Music Products ,even Warmoth.
It is a 'Switchcraft' toggle bat in white/cream that you are looking for.

More and more, I think I'm going to have to mix and match a pickguard, toggle switch and knobs with the Ric I want.

Corey: I got the knobs from
Jetglow and the cream knob was an Epiphone Cream Knob as used on their reissues. You can also get the "bat" knobs in cream through
ALLPARTS under the listing EP040 Cream Toggle Switch Knobs. Just in passing, the Vintage Amber Toggle Switch Cap is available in the
Gibson but alas not the Epiphone line. Any ideas Mark?

THe Gibson cao has a 8/32 thread on it ,and there are several ASIAN switches that get used in off shore guitar making .They have several thread sizes to choose from.That is a point of concern.
A Gibson warranty station such as my self usually carries these .They are fairly in expensive.
I have cream,black and two kind of the old style 'nic' knob aka amber.Of course for you coveting collectors ...I have several real 1950's 'nic' knobs .........alas they are not for sale ...sorry.
I also have some ASIAN cream knobs .They have no threads in them ,so I can make them fit a variety of brand switches .

Mark: Thanks. While I appreciate that you are not a watchmaker, what can you do with the small thread Amber Vintage knobs so that they fit the large size threated switch top of the Epiphone?

If the small cap thread needs to be enlarged to Switchcraft size I just 'drill' and tap it out .
If the switch has a smaller post ,then I usually switch the switch (the Asian switches are less than adequate usually) .If it is a fairly decent switch and the money is an issue ,Then I do a couple of things.
One is to make a plastic insert into the 8/32 and then drill and tap that in my jewelers lathe.That works .BUT!!! it tends to cost more than the replacement of the switch .I only do this for "Collectors" .
