This was taken about a month ago. 2 weeks ago I spent 6 hours under the needle and finished it up. 60 hours total.
Motorhead for life.

NICE!! I was wrong about Lemmy not playing his 4004LK in Chicago. Went last night, again, to the 2nd show at HOB, got right up in front. Lemmy's bass has faded to a yellow, and he added stickers and what not to the body. What a shame.

You got the sleeve from "Another Perfect day" done ? You just want to be different don't you ?
I just saw Motorhead at the Warfield in San Francisco. Not a 4004LK in sight. He was using a 4003 then. He was using the 4004LK last time I saw them in 2003 though. I first saw them in 1977 in the UK, and they just get better every time I see them though.

Gareth, that's my favorite LP by them! It's got Robbo on it and I am a major Thin Lizzy fan.

Yeah. For a long time, that was my favorite Motorhead album too. I still listen to it regularly, especially Back at the Funny Farm. Since they reverted back to a threepiece though, their output has just got better and better IMO. I have Overnight Sensation, Hammered and Inferno as the bedrock in my iPod these days.

I can only stomach a handful of tracks from each of those. My band was learning Overnight Sensation until we broke up.
From APD, Shine and I got Mine are my 2 faves from it.

That's funny. They did both of those songs at the Warfield ! Lemmy introduced them by saying "here's two songs from that album that we did that everyone hated !".

They played those tunes at the 2nd show in Chicago. Overnight Sensation, in my opinion, is one of their best albums.
