Just wondering after your earlier "pilot" thread, if you learned to fly in service (VietNam)? Don't know much about your life. Maybe you prefer it that way. Just wondering if you got to see The Beatles when you were a kid? If you went to University? Got drafted? and what lead you to work for your father's company?
Many teens of the 60s and 70s had the ol' generation gap thing with their parents, yet you ended up continuing to build your family's corporation.
Shed any light?

Mindy was the kind of girl who made you want to call your boss and say that you had the trots and you wouldn't be in until next Tuesday.

Joe, I learned to fly here locally.
Yes, I got to see the Beatles and meet them in 1965 when they played at the Hollywood Bowl.
There certainly was a generation gap: my dad was 40 years older than me. However, he was a tolerant sort and we managed to work together without killing each other.

Chopper pilot as well, hmmmm. I got to sit in a UH-1B for longer than I wanted to, just in the door of it though.
