I have a Ric 4001 Stereo bass (Ric'o'sound). The mono input on the guitar has given up it's life, and I am searching for a replacement. The input has a jack-plug activated switch built on to it, and they appear to be as scarce as dinosaur you know what. I would appreciate any help I can get from anyone who knows something. The Ric Corp have been as helpful as a gate post in my search. They're just not interested. HELP!!!!! Please!

Hi, Mark.
I hope you can help me. I love my Ric 4001, but the mono input has had the positive stem broken off it. It was pretty flimsy to start with, and had to be moved frequently to obtain a positive circuit. Eventually it just broke off. I no longer have the broken stem and require a replacement. I live in New Zealand, in a city called Dunedin. Please e-mail me at:
[email protected]
Any information would please me greatly.
