Can you leave the vibrato arm in place when packing your Ric in its case or should you remove it for storage?

I've never had a problem with mine, and I always put them back in the case when I am done playing them.... With my 365, just putting the guitar straight into the case is fine, and with my 325 that has a Bigsby, I have to turn the Bigsby arm backwards before I case it up, or the case doesn't want to close. I wouldn't even think of removing either vibrato arm.... It shouldn't be necessary.

Thanks for your post.I used to have a 325c58 that I used to take the arm off.Didn't know if leaving it on would cause it to go out off tune.Guess I didn't have to.Thanks again for the info.

Well, with the 325 v58, ANYTHING that would hit the Kaufmann could know it out of tune. I wouldn't just take off the handle, I would take the whole thing off.

But then again, always been a fan of the Accent Vibrato.
