Elliot Easton (Cars)

I know he owned a lefty 360/12, but I don't think he used it out..

Billy Corgan is right-handed.

OK, thanks Steve. I pulled this offline and so there may be some issues with it. It may be that he is left-handed as I am but play the guitar right-handed.

My point was simply that lefties, although they represent only perhaps 10 percent of the planet's population make up more than 10 percent of the talent. Some researchers have argued that upwards of 30 percent of musicians are left-handed.

Can we add Ringo Starr to this list?
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

If you count the righties that played with all of those lefties, would that be 10 percent?
In the case of some of those performers, some are singers, which doesn't really matter which hand they are, unless you mean it creates a different mentality for lefties? More creative?

Er... Lee Jackson, (Rickenbacker) bass player with Refugee in the '70s and with The Nice in the '60s.
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Gerald V. Casale (Devo bassist)

(I once played keyboards with a band I was denied full membership in because all 4 members were lefties, although the guitarist and bassist both play righty.)
My basses are Rickenbackers. My synthesizers and recording gear are analog.
