This TRC sold for nearly $200 (over £100).

I only paid £100 for my first Rickenbacker guitar (a model 1998). I think I'm gonna break all my Rickenbackers and sell the bits for spares, and then retire! (Only joking!)

I'm afraid that it was a righty that I re-strung as a lefty. Unfortunately I sold it for £35 ($60)when I got married in 1974 as I urgently needed cash for a mortgage deposit! Ah well, life goes on!

Jeff: That bass is capable of bringing tears to my eyes, unplugged!

Jeff, I'd swap the TRC for the 4001, but it would cost me more to replace the TRC...ye gods, this is vicious circle..it's also more than I paid for my first bass - a ****** short scale Jazz bass copy. And if I ever find the guy who took the orignal TRC it'll be vicious and then some.

Pickguardian has an awesome product. Here's a pic of a gold one they did for me.
