Looks like somebody popped there fret board.doesn't look like a car accident looks like a bad truss rod adjustment.....

No, it looks more like a shearing force was applied than an improper trussing. The fingerboard is apparently broken clean through. You would have to have forearms like Popeye to do that much damage with the trusses. Even with that, I would think that the nuts or rods would have given first.

Never seen anything like that,maybe something landed on top of the case like someone sitting on the neck strange.you would think if the fret board broke the neck would have to be broken??
