Mr Hall, I sent you a letter recently re: a 4001v63.Although the reply was prompt and courteous, I was surprised to find that it came back to me from a Mr Tommy Thomasson ( Customer Service ).I paid it no mind thinking that perhaps you were too busy to read it! I do believe however that had you been the recipient of said correspondence you might have viewed it with the sentiments with which it was written.May I resend this letter to you?
