Accent Vibrato Arms

OK - this is a "union" of two running threads on repro arms, and the bending thereof.
I may be missing something fundamental, but has anyone attempted to make their own Accent vibrato arms? They don't appear to be an intricate item. I should qualify this by adding I have my own nickel/copper-plating setup (I'm into vintage motorcycles as well...), so the plated finish isn't an issue for me. In this instance, they could be "Lennon-ized" or "Tony-ized" prior to plating
. A rocket ship it aint!
If I had more time (honours student/Father/guitar nut), I'd offer to do a run (once I worked out who to do them right) for the forum at cost of materials/postage. Heck - I'll do it, but it'll be December before they are done (Merry Xmas!)
