Protect your nitro finish
I've read a few posts here on how to protect the delicate nitro finish. I'm a happy Rick owner who developed something for precisely this. Try Axe Hugger (www.axehugger.com).

Teddy, welcome!
Which Ricks do you own? They must be pretty old if they are finished in nitro!
Pictures, please!

Actually, I have a '98 series 330 in fire burst. If you want to see a picture its on my web site. I know its not nitro but I'm probably one of the few who read the manual cover to cover. It specifically states that you should not leave your Rick in a guitar stand because the rubber/ foam bumpers will mar the instrument. Whats the point? This is why I made Axe Hugger. I didn't mean to offend anyone. Just thought someone might like to know...

That's OK, Teddy. It's Fireglo, by the way.
And almost everybody here reads that manual cover to cover...
And if Axe-Hugger works, all guitars need it, not just Ricks. Have you tested it?

Welcome Teddy. Anything that allows us to keep our instruments in the best shape possible is hard to argue against. Thanks for letting us know of your product. I believe I have seen it previously on Bjorn's site.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
