Missing "G" Fret Marker

How many other models of Rics are missing the "G" fret marker other than the 325c58?

I find it strange that it is missing off this guitar because I cannot find other examples of it. Was this just a fluke with Lennon's guitar or is it missing off other models?

I always find myself a bit freaked out by it after playing my other guitars, as well as the missing double dots at the octave.

Thank you, Venerable doctor.

So it looks like it's the 325v63 and the 320?

What the heck is the Ryder??? And is there any history on why there was no 3rd fret marker in the first place?

Is the 3rd fret marker like the double 12th fret marker, only on full scale Ric guitars?

It baffles me, Brian. You don't see this on other electrics of the same era or any other. It sure sparks my curiosity.

It just seems there would be a very cool story behind it.
