This is such a busy thread over in the BASS section, I figured I'd start it for guitars.

But you're not playing it, Noel!! Interesting shot - what's that white thing on your left?

by the way... I made that drumhead covering ("The Nightshades") by starting with one of those twist'n'fold car sunscreens. I took out the wire and cut it to length and then cut and stretched stretched one of our printed XXL t-shirts over it, folding and sewing the edges around the metal ring.... (rim was first mounted and pinned to a carboard sheet to keep it nice and round)
Its great. I carry it in the side pocket of a small music bag and when I take it out... POP!.... instant drumhead band logo (captured on the bass drum by a couple of those metal spring paper binders)

Some may of seen this one before...
We were playing While My Guitar Gently Weeps at school, it was a sort of concert for people who were graduating.
This was in May 2004. Good times... I've got a badly recorded mp3 of our tune, it's obviously not the best live performance ever but I find it not too bad, I wonder if I could upload it somewhere?
Maybe that's an idea for another thread, post your live recordings!
Anthony: Gotta love that V64!

Howard: I believe that would be Noel's left hand.

Yeah Paul, I always thought you were a man for some reason.

Bob:
"A man for some reason" is nicely close to "a man for all seasons", so I'll take that as almost a compliment.
There's a good picture of the back of my head in 1966 in the "Surf's Up" thread on many of these same stations...

That's what I meant Paul, a renaissance man. I don't know what happened to my post.
