Entwhistle Collection Book

Has anyone else seen the coffeetable book featuring the late Ox's guitar/bass collection? It has some absolutely wonderful Rickenphotos. Among the highlights are several 381s and 4005s. The Rick section is second in the table of contents, immediately after the F*nders. It was surprising to see the variety of Rick guitars John had. I glanced through the book today at a Borders Books (AKA the Walmart of Thought).
What's weird, though, is that many of the guitars don't seem to be identified correctly. For instance, there's what in all respects appears to be a 360/12 labeled as a 381, and the 4005s are labeled something like "model 31." Anybody know the full scoop here?
