Lefty 4001CS..How many?

AS the owner of a lefty 4001CS I've always been curious how many lefties were made. Any ideas?

Well, I've got this one....but Mr. Squire must have been drinking heavily that day, because he signed his name backwards!

I sold three new ones back when they first came out. I only know of two others. That doesn't mean there aren't more, as this edition took a while to run it's course and by that time I was no longer an Authorized Dealer.
Because of the circuit involved there were no 381 John Kays built lefty. There are at least 3 lefties of each of the other limited edition models.

I had one too, it was either 292 or 393....I can't remember anymore. Ordered it new in late 1991, took about 7 months.
