I have sent my guitar to Mark using Federal Express. Mark has kept me up to date with photos regarding the work been done.

If you call the commissioner, he will flash the Ric logo onto the clouds. From the RicCave Mark's butler keeps watch for such calls of distress. Soon after you will be visited by Mark in his long black car with "cresting wave fins" and jet engine.
Most problems are caused by several evil characters.. The Refinisher, Mr. Dry, and TrussWoman.

But with some exciting music, swinging fists and SAND! FILE! SOLDER! evil will be driven back to it's subterranean lair.
