I am thinking of using them for a project soon that is non-Rickenbacker related, and I know some of you have mentioned them before. How has your luck been with them, do they sell good stuff?

John I have bought a variety of things from them. They sell U.S. and import products. They are also a dealer for Fender parts. I have found their stuff to be of good quality. I mostly buy pots, knobs, switches, tuneing machines, and pickups.
Fast service and good prices.

Thanks for replying Dale...
Well, I've got the bug to build me a bass for some reason....why? LOL...I guess 'cause I've never tried...
I'm thinking of getting a bass neck from them, one of the lisensced parts for a Fender....I'm gonna just get stuff here and there and then put it all together and see what happens!!

I have one of their Fender-licensed necks on a project guitar. Needed fret work; they were so sharp on the ends that they could've cut my fingers.
I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past couple of years, and as Dale mentioned, they carry a USA-made line and an imported (Chinese/Korean/Taiwanese) line. And you get what you pay for; if you want cheap knobs they've got'em and if you want nicer stuff, they've got that, too--at a higher price.
Their service is excellent.

Allparts and Mighty Mite sell good fender style parts ... Warmoth is better ... I have built quite a few p-basses and jazz basses ... I get parts from ebay, Warmoth, Allparts, Mighty Mite, Schaller, Seymour Duncan, Carvin, and others ...

Mighty Mite parts are great. I built an entire Strat out of MM & Fender licenced parts and it is a killer. The whole guitar cost me about 50% of an American Strat.
Good hunting!

I like Mighty Mite also ... they make good necks ... and if you use one of their necks finish it in tung oil ... it will sound better and last longer ... if you play a neck that just has the sealer on it then it will be more prone to s curving ... but with the oil finish it has more protection and the finish changes the tone ... it will have more clarity of tone ... that is one of the reasons a Ric sounds good ... the finish on the fretboard and neck ...

Jeff, MM bodies are nice too. They're bridges and loaded pickguards are great as well. Lots of tonal clarity. Sustain can be dialed in if you want it. The volume knob actually produced quality sound in any position (1-10) from the loaded pickguard right off the shelf. Amazing.
I have always wanted a volume knob that was graduated 1-11. That way I could actually be louder than the damn bass player. Or at least I could claim to be louder. LOL
Any way I digress. I would imagine that their bass parts are as good.
