Haven't gotten it yet,the xlr is in the rick o sound input, its got to go.They tried to tell me it was an option,i kept saying no it wasn't,then i said Rickenbacker didn't offer anything like that in 72 maybe in 79 with the 4002.

The bridge is going on a Precision Bass Plus California Edition. So a II is needed.

I don't remember the differences of the two and what is a California edition .special California emission controlled basses?,does this have anything to do with Mr Goodwrench?

The original Badass was made to fit something like a Gibson bass. The Badass II was wider and lower, and was a direct replacement (more or less) for Fenders.
I used to have a Badass II on my 4001.
