Looks just like mine, lifted tailpiece and all!
(I did end up recently adding two more screws to keep it down.)

Adding the two extra screws, even when the tailpiece has lifted only about 2mm(like most of mine) has got to help the resonancy of the instrument. For this reason I'm retrofitting the extra screws to all of my tailpieces.

It needs a black powder coated Hipshot bridge....
