My Girlfriend and I are visiting the US during most of Paul's tour, we will be in NY on the 30th. Yet another coincidence with this tour...
We have a few questions:
We are completely noobs when it comes to US shows, so excuse me if I sound a bit like an idiot
1. Do we have any chances of buying tickets on site?
2. Is it better to order tickets online? is it more expensive?
3. Basically our budget is ~$300 per ticket (It's a once in a lifetime opportunity unless Paul decides to come to Israel...), since we don't know this venue at all - for what section do you recommend we'll buy the tickets?
4. Are still cameras banned as well?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Gil, and welcome.
You can still buy tickets for the Sept. 30 show on EBay.
I saw 10 Buy it Now tickets for two.
mile long
I not sure if this mile long link will work or not. To my knowledge any type of recording devices are banned, as well as camera's.
At this late stage of the game I would settle for whatever seats look appealing, the auction site should have a seating arrangement chart.
Good luck!

Thanks.
We booked a couple of tickets on box 60 row A.
Normally I try to sit in front of the stage near the soundman (where the sound is at it's best...) but in such a huge venue - I have no idea where to sit...
Also - do you think he'll have a pile of PA speakers on the sides of the stage? if yes - does that mean we just paid $350 each to see a pile of speakers???
Thanks

Gil: If you're lucky, they will fly the P.A. Might be some sub caninets, but stacks on stage should not be around, especially for someone as big as Mac.

$350.00 each?
Maybe there's a misplaced decimal point here...

Paul:
That's why I'll be home those nights.
Can you say "wait for the DVD?" LOL

Gil,
Welcome to the forum. I see from your profile that you are a Douglas Adams fan also.
My wife and I spent 15 days in your beautiful country a few years ago. I really enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Tel Aviv but we managed to avoid the usual tourist traps.
I hope you enjoy Pauls show. It's a lot of money but if you only get one chance then you have to go for it.

Pete, I'll rent the DVD and watch it eating the biggest piece of cow flesh I can find.
Just my way of contributing.

Aw, jeepers, Jerry...I'm pretty sure I woulda got scolded for that one...not that I ever would have said it...
How about walking to the grocery store for the beef and 'keying' every Lexus you pass on the way home? No, I take it back...that's probably even more offensive to some...

What, they don't give you a key with a Lexus?
