Anyone interested in a new 4003, Same Day Music has them for $1050 plus free shipping.
Can't think of anyone that's beating that price, especially since the recent price increase.
Didn't see any BlueBurst, sorry Steve.

What's up with the blemished ones?

I kinda like blemishes, bangs, dings (as long as they're not on the neck!)I have chips, sweat, blood and paint on my main player but Mindy doesn't mind it's part of who she is!

We also have no dealership by this name, so I wonder where they get or even if they have any goods.

Their web pages and sales practices violate several of our dealer policies too but given they're not dealers, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to bring them into compliance.

I talked to a Francis at Same Day Music this morning. I told him that I am interested in a 4003 FG. They have a warehouse in NJ and one in Colorado. They are not Ric dealers. He conceded that they probably have just bought a few to round out their inventory.

In their sales centre they don't have a way of telling how much damage there is to the "blemished" Rics as they are all boxed up ready for shipment.

Interesting conversation. I was not sure what to make of it. They will not ship to Canada at this time by the way.
