Er, I got an email back from him, and it turns out I forgot to ask about the Comstock.
However, I did get info about the 4003 Tuxedo coming in!

I've just spoken to Mike on a Bigsby matter & asked him about the comstock. He is selling it as used, but it has never been...if that makes sense! It is MG & might already be gone. If anyone is interested, I would contact him fast. He did hint that another one might be arriving soon.
On a personal note, what a great chap Mike Parks is, very friendly & an all round good egg (as we say in these parts!).

Not to be a stickler, but this thread's title should read "Mike Parks getting a Comstock in"...although that's not great grammar either, but it's not as misleading. The title, as it reads, conjures up images of a very large guitar or a very small Mike Parks.
Usage problems with the preposition 'in' are always fun...I'm fond of the movie title, "Don't Go In The House!" But my all-time favorite mishandling of the word 'in' takes place in a line by John what's-his-name (was it Prine? Hiatt? sorry...) and sung by him and Sneezie Nicks; I believe the title was "Gold":
"Well, I jump into my car,
and I throw in my guitar"
The hilariously backwards logical process of putting 'B' before 'A' in the time sequence just for the sake of the rhyme still cracks me up. It would have been more grammatically correct (and more accurate, IMO) for him to have written:
"I jump into my car,
and throw up in my guitar"

I guess the only way to get him out of the Comstock would be the same way you get picks out of any acoustic.

Just saw Sneezie on the Today Show this morning, 'belting' it out at ol' Rockefeller's Plaza...within the confines of her single-octave range, of course...I've probably said too much about it already...

You must be talking about Sneezie Nicks.......She may have a one octave voice now but she sounded good to me in the '70s. :-0
