I just had to share with you Fender's latest Masturbuilt honeys!
The Strato is listed by Dave's at $12K+ and the Lumpy Memorial 14 string Sunburst Dumptruck Wacko at $10K.
Luthiery held in check by Mammon! Get 'em while they're, er...while they're, er...

The first one: The blaggards stole my 3rd grade art project - I'm gonna sue the pants off 'em!!
The second: Call an obstetrician... obviously it's giving birth!!
What are they thinking..............?

That first one looks like a test pattern for the Partridge Family. It's amazing what one can do with a 64 count box of crayolas.

The first one looks like something Adrian Belew (King Crimson, Tom Tom Club) played at one time.
Is it "artist related"? Is that why it's so expensive? 'Cause if not, I gotta start buying up eBay guitars and goin' nuts with the Krylon!

I'm glad you trade-marked it Paul!
Can you believe that there is a company over here that's applied to have "Made In Australia" trademarked?
What's even more ridiculous - the government agency involved is actually considering it!!

I thought it sounded less egomaniacal than "Wilczynski Wizardry®".

They'll probably get it, Howard! Remember that here in the states Bristol-Meyers-Squibb managed to trademark the name Taxol™ in spite of the fact that the word taxol had been used for years in the chemical literature to describe the yew tree extract.
I know, let's trademark "water" next!

I hope not, Gary. There's lots of hoo-haa going on at the moment about products "Made In Australia" because you can say that, even if the components are not. Like fruit juice - "made in Australia
(from imported Brasilian oranges)".
If the government let this one go through then nobody would be able to state the fact regardless of whether it was totally Australian or not.
Surely they wouldn't be stupid enough!! But then again, we are talking about a Government here......
