I recently installed a pair of toasters on my 1983 and I really don't think I will ever put the original HiGains back on so I was wondering if I should sell them or keep them.How much do you think these would sell for on Ebay?they are a little different than newer Higains in both apperance and sound.Here are some pictures:

Mitch: How about letting us know the resistance in KOhms for each pickup.

How do I do that?

get a voltage/ampere/ohm meter from someone and measure the resistance between the two ends of the wires on the pickups.

You could sell 'm for probably $150?
Or you could include a picture of your guitar in the auction, say it's only the pup's but get some fool to bid $800 on it?

Is this a voltage/ampere/ohm meter?How do you use it? I bought it Goodwill for $3.00 but I have never used it.

Set the right knob to 'ohm' and the left to 'x1000'
and connect the two wires each with a different end of the pickup lead
If it doesn't move you'll probably need a new battery
