There is no excuse for eBay allowing that to still be there nearly a day after its illegal posting.

Subject: Report a listing you think is fraudulent (you didn't bid)

Enter your question / concern:
The item number above is a blatant, fraudulent, criminal copy of item # 7362154728, and it doesn't take a Ph.D. to see this. If you people did your job the way you should, the fraudulent item would have been spotted and pulled within a few hours of its posting. Shame, shame, shame.

I love it how they just set up an account and then immediately post an incredibly rare, expensive item with stolen description and pictures, and they expect people to bid. Actually, it must work often enough, or people wouldn't keep doing it . . .

Hooray, the fake auction has been pulled. Now, if only eBay did the policing themselves ...
