That is one good looking guitar! I thought the Blueburst was more of a dark blue around the edges fading to a lighter blue in the middle - Like a blue fireglo...

No, it's more of a constant blue. Buy it now, and put the VP's on it yourself, they are cheap at music123.com.

I'm still in two minds on BB. One the one hand it's somewhat consistent with RIC's other bursts, but on the other it can look like a poor effort at a semi-translucent finish.

The usual 'in my opinion only' disclaimer applies, of course! Image

Steve - Actually, just put an order for a BBR 360/12 VP with Chris at Pick of the Ricks today - See the "Rick in each annual color" thread -

I've got an order in for a 660-12 BBR (originally had a 360-12 on order but changed it once I received the same model in MID). But that photo is making me have second thoughts...
