I had one of mine pulled for a gig bag that "fits a Thunderbird", because I got it WITH a Thunderbird, and they pulled it because it wasn't a Thunderbird. What a bunch of tools. I see people saying "Not Fender" all the time, or "Fender Picks".

I sold a Les Paul copy on eBay last week and I had put 'not Gibson' in the title purely to avoid any confusion that it might be the real thing. AFTER the auction ended eBay notified me that I'd breached their anti-spamming guidelines and they were cancelling the listing and refunding all fees charged. This meant that I was able to advertise and sell my guitar at no cost and no commission. The buyer and I completed the sale anyway. Nice one eBay! Thanks for the free listing...D'uh!
