Anyone dealt with them? i ordered £41 worth or fender parts on the 31 oct and still havent got them (im in the uk)
The say they dont accept responsibility for any stolen lost or damaged goods. I called them and they said not to worry as around this time of yr the USPS really slows down - i can appreciate that but its been nearly 4 weeks. I asked for an email confirming that my order had been sent and i never recieved the email. I have proof that they have taken my money.
What can i do? any opinions guys?

I got one of those **** Ric-shape pickguards from them.
Product was woeful, (stupid me for ordering it)... however products arrived within a week... payment went out faultlessly.

I bought a couple of things from them on ebay...the items were shipped to me here in the states pretty fast...no problem except that I left them positive feedback on the first order and they never left me any, even after several emails saying that I was pleased with my purchase and had left them a +. So, on my second order, after requesting a feedback, I left them a neutral and they got all huffy...something like..."we send a quality product at a reasonable price and you give us a neutral..here's back at ya!" I replied with...bought from you several times, always left a + feedback and you refused to leave me any feedback=neutral.
That's just my little beef with them and they do have good prices on decent stuff...3+ weeks to the UK doesn't seem like an overly long wait...with 2 different customs checks and probably shipped via freight...USPostal Service is actually very good and I've shipped several items to friends in Scotland and Denmark and they've always made it...but sometimes it took longer than others...hang tight, I think you'll get your products...cheers, carry on, DMiner

I've gotten tons of parts from those guys and every time it's been exactly as advertised and arrived quickly.
Standard disclaimer applies. I have no associated with them, except as a satisfied customer.

It's better to buy their stuff off of their website, since they'll take returns, but they won't take a return if you get it off of their ebay store/auctions.

I bought one of those WD Ric pickguards from them (OK I've learned my lesson...), when I received it and found out how wrong it was, I emailed them and they said, 'send it back and we'll refund you'. Until that point communication was excellent. So I sent the pickguard back in its original packaging, and... nothing. No refund.
I wait, and wait some more, then I write, no answer to my emails.
So I end up paying for a pickguard, shipping to Israel, shipping back to the US - and in the end, got nothing.
As far as I'm concerned, they are worse than the Emperor. They will never see another penny from me. Buyer beware!

Those WD guards are sh*t.
God knows how they can sell them.
The material is that silky, thin synthetic stuff, woeful. The pickup hole is not wide enough for hi-gains OR toasters... and the screw holes are up to 6mm, yes... SIX mm off.
Owen - It says $6.40 on the envelope, so presume so.

They sent me a Fender pickguard that didn't match any P-Bass ever made, however, other than the pickguard I've picked up several odds and ends and been very pleased.
