Ok Fab Four experts. What lead guitars were used on Back In The USSR and through what amplifiers/pedals?

Paul played lead guitar on this. I don't recall seeing anything documented on what guitar he used, but my best guess would be his Epiphone Casino or perhaps the Fender Esquire. John played the Fender Bass VI and George the Fender Jazz Bass. The amps would probably be the new Fenders they received that year ('68) that were later seen during the "Get Back / Let It Be" sessions. I'm posting from work, so I don't have the Fab Gear book handy to give the model numbers on the amps.
