My C64 has arrived

On Wednesday, I received the call that my bass had come in. Needless to say, I picked it up about 23 minutes later and have been playing ever since. When I received the call, the first thing I asked the dealer was how it looked, and he said it has a serious Chris Squire vibe to it. How's that for proof positive that it has the 60's look nailed.
The neck is noticeably slimmer than a current 4003, and the sound is everything I had expected. The headstock is gorgeous and looks great in person. I especially love the walnut wings poking through the fireglo finish. The pickups are awesome, too, and really have a vintage sound. The toaster is very deep and earthy sounding. The horseshoe has great treble bite to it. In my opinion, besides the sound, the toaster/horseshoe combination on an "S" series makes for one asthetically-pleasing bass!
