Just an add on because the stock jack didn't work....at least that is my guess from the description. Just a lazy "repair".

There are a lot of people who think that Ricks only work right if they plugged in stero. That is BOTH jacks, one in each amp. I think this comes from unenlightened players plugging a standard cable into the ROS jack (and only hearing one pickup). Some people "fix" this by rewiring. BTW This bass (or another AG with an extra jack) was on Ebay about a year ago. The seller made reference to the extra jack as being a "fix" for that thin sounding ROS. Go figure.
