OK, just picked one up with some Christmas money. Sounds great, alot of tone in a little box.
Question: when just using it as a stompbox to add a little grunge to my sound, how should the 3 little switches be positioned??

3. Line inst XLR

I can check mine when I get home, but I am using mine as a pre-amp with a power amp. I don't think that changes any switch settings, though.

The DRIVE control adds grunge.

Yeah, I figured that out Ronn, I'm just not sure what to do with the little switches.

Apparently theirs a couple different versions of the Bass Driver. One like mine, with the 3 switches (Top photo), and one like this:
With only 1 switch.

Mine is the version with just one switch. I was never sure which way the switch should be set to if using the phantom power. I always have it plugged into the 9V power supply when in use. It always works fine, so I never bothered with the switch.
I love mine also. It's the first stompbox that I've ever bought that I haven't thought that I'd wasted my money.

I have one and the MXR M80. Similar but w/footswitchable distortion, midrange control, and noise gate. I use the SansAmp for a little grind and the MXR for over-the-top distortion.
