Bob: Alt+PrintScreen, then on to Photoshop, "New", then Ctrl+V... and so on... or at least that's the way i did it, maybe the guys know an easier way...

After completing your picture, hold down Alt and press PrtScr. Open MS Paint, select Edit, then Paste. Save it as a .JPG file.
